Where It All Began

Jóga Harmonie emerged from a simple observation: many wellness spaces felt intimidating to newcomers. We wanted to create something different—a place where curiosity is celebrated and every body is welcome.

Founded in Prague in 2019, our studio has grown from a small rented space into a dedicated wellness center serving hundreds of practitioners each month. What remains unchanged is our core belief that yoga should adapt to the student, never the other way around.

Our instructors bring decades of combined experience, yet continue their own learning journeys. This commitment to growth influences everything we do, from the classes we offer to how we interact with each person who walks through our doors.

Our Guiding Principles

Accessibility First

We design every class with modifications in mind. Physical limitations should never prevent someone from experiencing the benefits of mindful movement. Our instructors are trained to offer alternatives that maintain the essence of each practice.

Authentic Connection

Beyond postures, we emphasize the relational aspects of yoga. Our community events, workshops, and small class sizes foster genuine connections between practitioners and instructors alike.

Continuous Learning

Yoga traditions span thousands of years and countless schools of thought. We encourage exploration of these diverse paths while maintaining safety and evidence-based instruction.

Sustainable Practice

Rather than pushing for quick results, we guide students toward practices they can maintain for years. Consistency over intensity creates lasting transformation.

Our Space

Located in Prague's Vinohrady district, our studio occupies a renovated historic building with high ceilings and abundant natural light. The space was designed with intention—wooden floors warm under bare feet, carefully selected plants that clean the air, and acoustic treatment that creates a sense of quiet even amid city life.

We maintain two practice rooms to accommodate different class types simultaneously. The larger room hosts our group sessions, while the smaller space serves private sessions and smaller workshops.
