Not at all. Our Morning Flow class welcomes beginners, and all group classes include modifications for different experience levels. If you are completely new to yoga, consider starting with a private session for personalized introduction.
Comfortable clothing that allows movement. Fitted layers work well so instructors can observe alignment. We practice barefoot, so no special footwear is needed.
Please inform your instructor before class about any injuries or physical limitations. Many conditions can be accommodated with proper modifications. For significant injuries or chronic conditions, we recommend starting with private sessions.
We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Payments can be made at the studio or online through your member account once registered.
