Class reservations are subject to availability. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee enrollment until confirmed by our staff.
Payment for services is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept payment by cash, credit card, and bank transfer.
Group classes may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Private sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class or session fee.
Class packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval. Memberships may be paused for medical reasons with appropriate documentation.
